Know what you are purchasing

LocalPro provides online advertising placements in the communities you select. Before payment, confirm your business, communities, package, any requested tile, selected term, flyer coverage and final amount with LocalPro.

Saving a draft or selecting a tile does not purchase or publish an advertisement. Temporary tile holds can expire; availability and promotional eligibility are confirmed before purchase.

Prepaid terms in U.S. dollars

Paid Tile Visibility, Business Card and Enhanced Listing packages, along with flyer plans, are paid upfront for the selected 1-, 2- or 3-year term. There is no monthly billing for these plans. Monthly equivalents on a price page are comparisons only.

All advertising prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Your final quote identifies package charges, approved discounts, additional coverage and any applicable tax. A package estimate is not a payment receipt.

When your advertising starts

For an already-live community, LocalPro confirms your advertising start and end dates as part of arranging activation. For a prepaid reservation made before a community goes live, the paid term starts five calendar days after the actual community launch date. An estimated future launch date is not an actual launch date.

If you receive an invitation with a complimentary advertising period, LocalPro confirms those dates separately; any purchased additional term follows the complimentary period.

Your included flyer and additional communities

Each paid advertising package includes one active flyer/circular in its covered community during the advertising term. You may replace it as needed, and a multipage PDF counts as one flyer.

Extra flyer communities are purchased separately for a prepaid term. Communities already covered by your package are not charged again. The same flyer can appear in multiple selected communities and appear once in a broader search that covers them.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel before your paid advertising term starts for a full refund of the canceled placement. After that term starts, prepaid fees are not refunded because you choose to stop advertising early.

This does not prevent correction of duplicate or erroneous charges, refunds for service LocalPro cannot provide, or rights that apply under law.

For a purchase covering several communities, identify which placements you want to cancel. Canceling one placement does not automatically cancel your other placements or separately purchased flyer coverage. If you want flyers to continue after canceling their included advertising package, contact LocalPro to arrange separate coverage before the package ends.

For a community that has not launched, you may request cancellation before your paid term begins. For an invitation with a complimentary period, the paid-term start date determines when the cancellation refund period ends.

To request cancellation or report a billing error, email ads@localpro.info with your business name, affected communities and order reference. LocalPro will confirm the service end date and any refund in writing.
